The service supplies two paid tiers, Enterprise Pro and Enterprise Max, both sold on a per-seat basis with dedicated admin tools and contractual guarantees that customer data will not be used for model training.

Launched to meet enterprise requirements, the plans include single sign-on, seat management and shared workspaces called Projects. These features allow teams to upload documents, connect internal sources and run research queries while maintaining audit trails and retention policies.

Enterprise Max raises these ceilings significantly to 4,000 Pro Searches, 500 Research queries and 15,000 Computer credits, plus allowances for 15 video generations and up to 10,000 stored personal files.

API credits remain separate from seat pricing. Seats can be reassigned within an organization, and teams may combine Pro and Max seats in the same account. No self-service trial exists; interested buyers must contact sales directly.

Perplexity AI maintains SOC 2 Type II certification, GDPR compliance and alignment with HIPAA and PCI DSS. Enterprise customers receive contractual assurances that uploaded files and query data will never train underlying models. Default file deletion occurs after seven days, and a Trust Center lists subprocessors and available controls. HIPAA customers must sign a separate business associate agreement.

Collaboration occurs through shared Projects that support governed file connectors and internal knowledge search. Audit logs, SCIM provisioning and configurable data retention appear only in the Max tier. Insights dashboards provide usage analytics for administrators.
